No. All classes are open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Our classes meet you where you are.

It is advisable to consult your physician before beginning any physical activity, if you have health conditions. Discuss with your instructor any uneasiness about practicing safely. Classes are customizable to fit individual needs, but listening to your body is your best guide.

Start slowly. It’s advisable to begin where you are most comfortable. Talk with your instructor about your goals and limitations. You can always try other classes once you feel at ease.

Yes! Most of the class is seated, even if some chose to stand and use the chair as support. All dances are adaptable, and the only requirement is to have fun while moving your body to music.
